Our Process

6 Steps of Plastic Extrusion

This phase begins with ideation and design, focusing on creating product drawings that comply with environmental policies and certifications like ROHS and REACH. The team decides on the type of extrusion process (mono, co, or triple extrusion) based on the product's requirements. This stage is crucial for setting the project's direction and ensuring regulatory compliance.

In this step, the team selects the appropriate material for the product, considering options like PVC, UPVC, HDPE, PP, ABS, PMMA, PC, and ASA. The choice depends on the product's intended use, durability requirements, and environmental considerations. This selection is vital for the product's performance and sustainability.

This involves designing the dies and calibrators as well as the auxiliary cutting equipment. Precision in mold design is essential for achieving the desired product shape and dimensions. This step also includes planning for production efficiency and waste reduction.

A trial lot run is executed here, followed by sample approvals. This phase is critical for testing the production process, ensuring quality, and making necessary adjustments before full-scale production.

This step involves the actual manufacturing of the product. It emphasizes quality control, precision cutting, and proper packaging. Consistent quality checks and adherence to production standards are key to maintaining product integrity.

The final step includes a pre-shipment quality control check and focuses on after-sales service. It ensures that the product meets all requirements and is ready for delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation.
